East Hampton Project Graduation Seeks Runners and Donations

Belltown Spring Sprint is a 5K fun run/walk to be held April 21.

East Hampton High School’s Project Graduation is planning an all night event to provide the graduates with a fun, safe, drug and alcohol free night that they will remember for years to come! We are trying to make this event free to all students through various fund raisers. We are currently working on our Belltown Spring Sprint 5K Road Race which takes place on Saturday, April 21.

In its sixth year, the Belltown Spring Sprint is a 5K fun run/walk along the shores of scenic Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton. There will be a 1-Mile Kids Fun Run inside of Sears Park open to runners age 10 and younger. Timing will be provided by “The Last Mile Racing Company” using the MYLAPS disposable bib tag. Free T-Shirt for the first 50 registrants, water stops, post-race refreshments, trophies for first place overall male and female runners and medals for first, second and third place for men’s and woman’s age groups. To register online visit http://thelastmileracing.com/belltown5k.html

All sponsors will be advertised on the runner’s promotional race T-Shirts. To be included on the T-shirt, your donation must be received by March 30.
