Ceremonies for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences are scheduled for 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday. UConn President Susan Herbst will speak at the first ceremony, and Joette Katz, commissioner of the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and former state Supreme Court justice, will speak at the evening graduation.
